Job Summary
Managing a global demo environment team, the full-time Global Demo Services Manager will oversee the maintenance and upgrade of demonstration environments, collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, and architect intelligent agents to automate workflows, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage demo configuration specialists to ensure high-quality demonstration environments and govern upgrade processes
- Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams and manage the ticket request process using Jira
- Architect and develop intelligent agents and ensure seamless data exchange through systems integration and API management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading a global demo environment team, preferably in the technology or SaaS spend management industry
- Strong hands-on experience in software development, particularly with enterprise applications
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
- Experience with AI-related technologies and data management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
