Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Development Transformation Director to lead clinical trial transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of global development transformation initiatives
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend sustainable clinical trial solutions to improve operational performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address interdependence

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree & 5 years of transformation initiative experience OR
• Masters degree & 6 years of transformation initiative experience OR
• Bachelors degree & 8 years of transformation initiative experience AND
• 5 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, or programs
• Proven track record of implementing digital technologies to optimize clinical operations
