Global Development Operations Director

Job Summary

As a strategic leader in the Innovation and Transformation team, the full-time remote Global Development Operations Transformation Director will drive the implementation of Clinical Trial transformation initiatives, enhance operational performance, and ensure cross-functional collaboration within a complex matrixed organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of Global Development Operations transformation initiatives
• Own end-to-end project delivery and implementation while identifying inefficiencies and recommending sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, develop KPIs, and mitigate risks to ensure project success

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of transformation initiative experience
• Proven track record of implementing digital technologies to optimize clinical operations
• Working knowledge of clinical trial lifecycle regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Experience in a highly matrixed global organization with strong influencing skills
• Expertise in data-driven decision making, including KPI development and continuous improvement methodologies
