Job Summary

To define and own the global digital standard for maintenance management and machine data utilization across Gas Power manufacturing sites, the full-time remote Global Digital Authority for Maintenance will partner with various teams to integrate machine data into actionable insights, focusing on maintenance planning, work order execution, and operational data flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global digital blueprint for maintenance management and machine data utilization across manufacturing sites
• Own the digital standard for CNC program management and maintenance planning while ensuring data integration and actionable insights
• Build and coordinate a global network of site-level process owners to drive standard adoption and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, maintenance engineering, or manufacturing engineering
• Hands-on experience with computerized maintenance management systems and CNC program management
• Familiarity with industrial automation infrastructure and machine data collection
• Proven experience in defining process standards across multi-site manufacturing networks
