Global Director of Accounts Receivable

Job Summary

Leading the global Order-to-Cash finance process, the full-time Global Director of Accounts Receivable will manage billing, customer invoicing standards, cash application, collections governance, and dispute resolution while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global AR process, including customer setup, billing readiness, invoice issuance, and collections routines
• Establish global procedures for billing, collections, credit, and cash application while accommodating country-specific requirements
• Partner with various teams to resolve invoicing issues, contractual billing requirements, and collection barriers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of leadership experience in AR, order-to-cash, billing, or collections
• Experience in a professional services or project-based environment is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to standardize and improve processes and drive automation across complex organizations
