Global Director of Engineering

Job Summary

Overseeing global technical operations and maintenance for the Industrial, Logistics, and Defense sectors, the full-time salaried Global Director of Engineering will manage program standardization, asset management, and workforce development initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement global Engineering and Technical services standards for the ILD Sector
• Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize performance and efficiency
• Coordinate governance and manage account team initiatives while mentoring staff and overseeing recruitment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Industrial and Manufacturing environments is required
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or ISO900 systems
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with AI
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
