Job Summary
A non profit organization dedicated to offering free, online educational content needs applicants for an opening for a Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Programs Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing foundation wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs
- Bringing fresh and relevant perspectives and ideas to keep leadership well informed
- Designing metrics and processes that will help us measure progress and accountability
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience delivering highly impactful DEI programs, projects and initiatives cross departmentally
- Management experience
- Demonstrated change management skills and ability to adapt to change in a complex environment.
- Experience in diversity, equity and inclusion, leading organizational change, research or a consultancy work
- Experience working across different sociopolitical and cultural contexts
- Experience in the design and delivery of DEI programs such as mentorship, sponsorship or ally programs
