Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales Manager to lead and optimize Direct-to-Consumer sales channels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and scale global DTC strategy and P&L for significant growth across various markets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze performance metrics and optimize e-commerce strategies
- Manage sales forecasting, financial planning, and reporting for the Global DTC channel
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a high-growth DTC environment with experience in Shopify Plus or enterprise-level e-commerce platforms
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role focused on achieving sales quotas
- Direct experience managing international DTC businesses and localized storefronts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience managing media budgets and directing performance marketing teams
