A company is looking for a Global Early Career Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global expansion of early career hiring and summer internship programs
• Design and implement the Graduate Leadership Program, including strategy development and execution
• Manage the Summer Internship Program, ensuring a positive experience for interns and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience managing campus recruiting and early career programs
• Experience developing a graduate relations strategy in a Fortune 1000 company
• Strong ability to influence and consult at senior levels of the organization
• Good working knowledge of ATS, preferably Workday
