Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of emerging talent strategies, the full-time remote Global Early Career Talent Director will architect high-impact talent acquisition programs, including Early Careers, Military/Veteran hiring, and Accessibility, while collaborating with business partners to enhance organizational capability and program performance.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a multi-year global roadmap for key talent acquisition programs while mentoring a high-performing team
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and talent acquisition partners, providing insights and reporting on program performance
- Innovate and manage emerging talent practices, ensuring alignment with global talent acquisition priorities and effective resource allocation
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or emerging talent programs
- 7+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
- 3+ years of experience developing management leaders
- Proficiency in program management and stakeholder management
- Strong skills in strategic planning and data analytics to drive organizational goals
