Job Summary
To architect a premier enterprise capability in email marketing, the contract-to-permanent Global Email Marketing Lead will establish governance, drive cross-functional alignment, and scale digital marketing frameworks while working remotely during EST hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and operationalize the enterprise email marketing function to create scalable workflows and production standards
- Develop and govern centralized campaign calendars and frequency caps for strategic alignment and optimized customer experiences
- Orchestrate and deploy end-to-end lifecycle, nurture, and automated drip campaigns to enhance audience engagement
Required qualifications:
- 5-8 years of digital marketing experience leading enterprise-scale email marketing initiatives in a global context
- Deep proficiency with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms like Adobe Marketo Engage or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience navigating complex compliance environments and global regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Analytical mindset capable of translating performance metrics into optimization strategies
