Global Emerging Technologies Manager

Job Summary

Global Emerging Technologies Manager leads the development of next-generation fiber and connectivity products for the AI data center market in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships with key OEMs and ODMs in the AI hardware ecosystem
• Create solution portfolios based on emerging fiber technologies and adapt strategies to evolving data center architectures
• Identify and execute joint development agreements to drive innovation in optical communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Optics, Physics, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business or product development within optical communications or data center hardware
• Proven track record in the OEM/ODM and System Integrator ecosystem
• Experience collaborating with global teams and navigating complex customer ecosystems
• Participation in industry standards bodies (TIA, OIF, IEEE, IEC) is a plus
