Job Summary
A company in the Business Services industry is looking for a Global Employee Relations and HR Compliance Director.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage processes on employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary counseling
- Partner with HR leadership on policy development and revision, compliance training, and merger and acquisition deals
- Design and implement scalable solutions to build management and HR awareness of compliance and employee relations techniques
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in employee relations, ideally at a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- JD degree with experience in employment law/litigation preferred
- Subject matter expert in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Proven ability to develop, train, and mentor talent
