Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Employee Relations and HR Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage processes for employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution
  • Partner with HR leadership to develop and revise policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Provide strategic and tactical support to HR and management on employee-related matters
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 10+ years of experience in employee relations, preferably in a high growth technology company
  • 3+ years of experience leading an Employee Relations organization
  • Subject matter expert on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Proven ability to develop and mentor talent
