Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Global Employee Relations and HR Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage processes for employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and revise policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Provide strategic and tactical support to HR and management on employee-related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 10+ years of experience in employee relations, preferably in a high growth technology company
- 3+ years of experience leading an Employee Relations organization
- Subject matter expert on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Proven ability to develop and mentor talent
