Job Summary

As a full-time Global Employee Relations Manager working remotely, the successful candidate will manage the implementation of employee relations workflows, oversee investigations and performance cases, and ensure compliance with labor laws across various regions to uphold the company's high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and management of employee relations workflows for a consistent and scalable framework
  • Manage the end-to-end process for investigations and performance cases, supporting People Business Partners
  • Maintain expertise in labor laws across key operating regions to ensure compliance and support company expansion
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing employee relations on a global scale with knowledge of international labor laws
  • Strong experience conducting investigations with empathy, objectivity, and discretion
  • Familiarity with US, EMEA, and APAC labor law, including UK grievance/disciplinary procedures
  • Ability to navigate complex situations while balancing legal risks and cultural impacts
  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company
