Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Global Employee Relations to lead the development of a modern, global Employee Relations function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the global executive owner of employee relations governance and operating model
  • Design and implement a global employee relations and investigations model with consistent standards
  • Establish scalable, compliant performance management and position elimination protocols
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent senior leadership experience in corporate employment law or employee relations
  • 12-15+ years of experience in global employee relations, employment law, or investigations leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior executives on sensitive workforce matters
  • Proven track record in building or leading global employee relations functions
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across Legal, HR, and executive leadership
