Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales cycle from discovery through closing while ensuring compliance with international labor laws
• Develop strategic partnerships by understanding client priorities and positioning the company as a long-term partner
• Manage customer relationships across defined stages of solution engagement, from onboarding to business reviews

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in roles such as International HR Consultant, Global Mobility Specialist, or Global Sales Executive
• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development
• Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements
