Global Employment Tax Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Employment Tax Leader to drive the global employment tax agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the global employment tax strategy and oversee compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Partner with various departments to ensure cohesive execution of employment tax policies and manage audits and disputes
• Develop relationships with service providers and represent the organization in regulatory matters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in employment, mobility, and international tax
• Proven experience leading employment tax strategy for large multinational organizations
• Deep understanding of tax risk, compliance frameworks, and global payroll operations
• Tax Advisor or equivalent qualification preferred
