Global Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Engineering Manager for B2C Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from feature shipping to system shipping, ensuring the Flutter frontend and Python backend manage high global traffic
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI into mobile UX, ensuring responsiveness and handling model hallucinations
• Own the experimentation infrastructure to conduct multiple simultaneous experiments across regions without disrupting the build

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Flutter/Dart with experience in debugging and optimizing performance
• Proficient in production Python at scale, with an understanding of asynchronous programming and horizontal scaling
• Experience managing teams in a high-growth B2C environment
• 6-10+ years of software engineering experience with 2-4+ years in a management role
• Proven track record of delivering complex products in production
