Global Engineering Program Manager
Job Summary
Managing a global portfolio of assets, the full-time remote Global Engineering Program Manager will oversee operational management, implement maintenance programs, and ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide engineering support and establish relationships within dedicated account teams and engineering resources
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance and repair programs while monitoring schedules for effectiveness
- Oversee the performance of JLL Mobile Engineering and ensure compliance with operational standards and client expectations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in senior-level Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) hard service delivery roles
- Subject matter expert in mechanical, electrical, and critical environment systems with a proven ability to deliver complex IFM programs
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations, compliance standards, and risk assessment
- Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
