Global Enrollment Systems Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Enrollment Systems Lead (AI-Enabled Oncology Trials).

Key Responsibilities

• Own enrollment velocity end to end and map the full funnel from qualification to randomization
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle time, and increase throughput without proportional headcount growth
• Build scalable playbooks across countries and work with internal and external stakeholders to maximize conversion

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years leading operational delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated ownership of a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end
• Experience improving throughput and reducing cycle time systematically
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and data modeling
• High energy and resilience in fast-moving startup environments
