Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Enrollment Systems Lead (AI-Enabled Oncology Trials).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the enrollment velocity from qualification to randomization
• Identify bottlenecks and reduce cycle times while increasing throughput
• Build scalable playbooks and dashboards for performance tracking across multiple countries

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in operational delivery in complex environments
• Proven ownership of a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline
• Experience in improving throughput and reducing cycle time
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and dashboards
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trials is strongly preferred
