A company is looking for a Global Enrollment Systems Lead (AI-Enabled Oncology Trials).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize enrollment velocity from qualification to randomization
• Identify and address bottlenecks in the enrollment process
• Build scalable playbooks and dashboards for tracking performance across regions

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in operational delivery in complex environments
• Proven track record of managing a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline
• Experience in improving throughput and reducing cycle time
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data modeling
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trials is strongly preferred
