Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Enrollment Systems Lead (AI-Enabled Oncology Trials).

Key Responsibilities

• Own enrollment velocity end to end and map the full funnel from qualification to randomization
• Identify bottlenecks and drop-offs to reduce cycle time and increase throughput
• Build scalable playbooks across countries and align AI outputs with operational execution

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years leading operational delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated ownership of a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end
• Experience improving throughput and reducing cycle time systematically
• Strong analytical capability (Excel, dashboards, data modeling)
• High energy and resilience in fast-moving startup environments
