Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Enrollment Systems Lead (AI-Enabled Oncology Trials).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the enrollment velocity from qualification to randomization
• Identify bottlenecks and reduce cycle time to increase throughput
• Build and standardize scalable enrollment playbooks across multiple countries

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in leading operational delivery in complex environments
• Proven track record of managing a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline
• Experience in improving throughput and reducing cycle time systematically
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data modeling
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trials is strongly preferred
