Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Enrollment Systems Lead (AI-Enabled Oncology Trials).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the enrollment velocity from qualification to randomization
• Map the enrollment value stream and identify bottlenecks to improve throughput
• Build scalable playbooks and dashboards to track performance across multiple regions

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in operational delivery within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated ownership of a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end
• Experience in improving throughput and reducing cycle time systematically
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data modeling
• Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in healthcare or clinical trials
