Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical advisor, the full-time Global Enterprise Consultant in Emerging Technologies will design and deliver innovative technology solutions for customers, resellers, and internal teams, focusing on networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and automation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement emerging technology solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead discovery conversations to assess customer requirements and develop solution architectures and implementation plans
• Manage multiple customer engagements, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges and successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise technology implementation
• Experience with enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and automation technologies
• Minimum of two industry-recognized technical certifications
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
