Job Summary
Owning the administration and governance of global equity programs, the full-time remote Global Equity Administrator will manage stock plans, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and enhance employee education and experience in equity compensation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage global stock plans, including administration and related processes for various equity awards
- Ensure compliance with country-specific requirements for global transactions, including tax and payroll considerations
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global equity education strategy to improve employee understanding and engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global stock plan administration or related fields, with public-company experience preferred
- Proven ability to administer equity across multiple countries and legal entities, including compliance with international regulations
- Experience managing E*TRADE, Workday, and other relevant systems and vendors
- Strong data management and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; CEP certification is a plus
