Job Summary
Leading global ERP run operations, the full-time Global ERP Operations Lead will ensure the stability and performance of Amgen's SAP platform while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global ERP operations for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring high availability and performance
- Implement effective monitoring and management practices to enhance incident, problem, and change management
- Establish AI-enabled ERP operations to improve system resilience and optimize operating costs
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
- Approximately 10 years of experience in enterprise or consultancy settings
- Proven success in leading ERP implementation and operations in large organizations
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and experience with complex system integrations
- Knowledge of ERP security and compliance frameworks in regulated environments
