Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Global Events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support event choreography and logistics, including venue coordination and onsite supervision
  • Create and manage department and event budgets, including payment authorization and invoice reconciliation
  • Manage Kosher Food and Beverage programs and oversee ground transportation services during events
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • BA degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
  • Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) credentials are a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of kosher dietary laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Cvent
