Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Global Events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support event choreography and logistics, including venue coordination and onsite supervision
- Create and manage department and event budgets, including payment authorization and invoice reconciliation
- Manage Kosher Food and Beverage programs and oversee ground transportation services during events
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BA degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) credentials are a plus
- Thorough knowledge of kosher dietary laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Cvent
