Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Executive Compensation and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic planning, design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and lead the immigration, visa, expat, and mobility programs for all employees
  • Manage vendor relationships and assist in preparing regulatory filings for the company
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in managing executive compensation and benefits programs for publicly traded companies
  • 5+ years of experience supporting board compensation committees and regulatory filings
  • Experience in strategic leadership across multiple countries
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and metrics
  • Proven ability to navigate mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings
