Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning, design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and lead the immigration, visa, expat, and mobility programs for all employees
- Manage vendor relationships and assist in preparing regulatory filings for the company
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in managing executive compensation and benefits programs for publicly traded companies
- 5+ years of experience supporting board compensation committees and regulatory filings
- Experience in strategic leadership across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of financial statements and metrics
- Proven ability to navigate mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings
