Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Executive Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a centralized Executive Recruiting Team responsible for end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
• Act as a Talent Advisor, providing in-depth talent insights and competitive intelligence
• Develop and refine candidate pitch to attract top industry talent

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• 10 years of Executive Search/Executive Sourcing experience
• 10 years of recruiting experience in the BioPharma Industry
• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter Advanced Search Features
• Prior Consulting or Retained Search experience preferred
