Global Experience Producer

Job Summary

Experienced in creative event production, the remote Global Experience Producer will own the end-to-end execution of innovative activations across various formats, focusing on storytelling and community engagement in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Own activations from initial brief through execution and post-event content capture
• Develop narratives for each activation, ensuring they convey a compelling story and emotional impact
• Build and manage relationships with external partners, including production agencies and vendors

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event and experience production
• Agency experience in experiential, integrated, or brand experience is a strong plus
• Global mindset with experience producing activations across multiple countries
• Ability to articulate what makes an experience memorable and impactful
• Strong communication skills for creating briefs and translating creative ideas into actionable plans
