Global Field Engineering Executive

Job Summary

Leading a global organization, the full-time SVP of Global Field Engineering will define and execute a bold strategy to enhance client engagement, develop a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Field Engineering strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance client engagement and demonstrate operational outcomes
• Develop and scale a high-performing global Field Engineering organization, focusing on coaching, talent development, and cultivating a unified culture
• Own and drive the global demo strategy, ensuring alignment with client outcomes and establishing nCino as the definitive Agentic Platform for Banking

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 16+ years of experience in enterprise software, including 6+ years leading global Field Engineering or Solutions Engineering teams
• Strong technical competence and deep banking domain expertise, with a focus on financial services
• Proven track record in building and scaling pre-sales teams across multiple geographies, including EMEA and APAC
• Expertise in outcome-based selling and executive-level engagement strategies for complex enterprise deals
• Experience collaborating with C-suite executives to align Field Engineering strategy with revenue goals
