Job Summary

Driving global sales execution and operational discipline, the full-time VP of Global Field Operations will manage forecasting processes, implement the "Pod" model for productivity, and champion customer engagement standards across remote teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APJI.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global sales forecasting process and ensure pipeline health across all regions
• Lead the implementation of the "Pod" structure to optimize sales productivity and performance management
• Act as the primary champion for standardized Customer Engagement Lifecycle processes to enhance sales outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within a SaaS environment
• Strong background in sales execution and forecasting methodologies
• Experience with performance management frameworks and productivity optimization
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives
• Familiarity with global sales strategies and customer engagement standards
