A company is looking for a Global Field Readiness & Productivity Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own global field readiness and productivity outcomes across customer-facing teams
• Design and optimize onboarding experiences and ongoing development programs
• Deliver enablement programs for frontline leaders and ensure effective coaching frameworks

Qualifications & Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience in GTM/Sales/Field Enablement within B2B SaaS companies
• Proven experience in onboarding and leader enablement programs
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for program design and monitoring
• Proficiency in Gong, including dashboard configuration and insight analysis
• Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions and their influence on field behavior
