Global Finance Coordinator

Job Summary

Partnering with another Global Finance Coordinator, the full-time Global Finance Coordinator will serve as a primary accounting consultant for overseas entities, guiding financial operations and supporting the leadership team in policy development and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary accounting consultant and advisor for assigned Area Finance Coordinators
• Provide guidance on compliance with U.S. GAAP and support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate on the development of global accounting policies and training resources for international accounting staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant work experience
• Five or more years of accounting experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in accounting software, preferably NetSuite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
