Global Finance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Finance Lead responsible for directing financial control activities for a real estate services account.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as finance lead and business advisor to the Client Managing Director
• Ensure high standards of financial control and oversight of the finance team
• Prepare global budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports while managing financial ledgers and accounting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; graduate work or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in commercial property management
• 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent
• Experience with real estate accounting systems, preferably Yardi
• Capability to manage and coach a team of financial professionals
