Global Finance Manager

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and performance across international operations, the full-time remote Global Finance Manager will lead global budgeting and forecasting processes, develop advanced financial models, and conduct variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate annual global budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across multiple regions
• Design and optimize advanced Excel-based financial models and automated dashboards for real-time performance visibility
• Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across global business units

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA/macros development
• Proven track record in leading global budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple international regions
• Strong proficiency with computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards E1 preferred
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to distill complex data sets into actionable insights
