Qualifications:
- 7+ years relevant experience in managing department financials in a software development and product management organization
- Managerial experience leading a team
- Experienced in tracking and monitoring a long-term Program Portfolio Roadmap
- Proven track record of leading change and introducing process frameworks
- Direct work experience as part of a large multinational organization a plus
