Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Principal, Global Finance Transformation & Record to Report.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of the Record to Report process, ensuring compliance and standardization
• Define and execute the Finance transformation roadmap, modernizing processes and systems
• Serve as a cross-functional escalation point and represent Finance in governance forums

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in finance process design and transformation
• Strong understanding of compliance, controls, and risk management frameworks
• Experience with ERP and financial consolidation platforms
• Expertise in finance transformation methodologies and change management
