Global Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Financial Controller - Business Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A processes, including budgeting, reforecasting, and performance analysis
• Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence and financial integration of acquired companies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a finance point of contact for local and global stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or ACCA certification is a plus
• At least 15 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering in multi-regional environments
• Proficiency in financial tools and systems, with mandatory Oracle ERP experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities
• Fluency in English and local language; fluency in German is a strong advantage
