Global Financial Controller

Job Summary

To oversee financial planning and analysis for the Certification business, the full-time Global Financial Controller will manage global FP&A processes, lead M&A activities, and collaborate cross-functionally while working remotely from Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A processes, including budgeting, reforecasting, and performance analysis
• Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning
• Serve as a point of contact for finance topics, collaborating with local and global stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA or ACCA certification is a strong plus
• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering in multi-regional corporate environments
• Proven track record in M&A processes, including due diligence and integration
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools and systems, including Oracle ERP and data analytics tools
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage
