Global Financial Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Global Financial Controller, the successful candidate will manage financial planning and analysis, oversee management reporting, and lead M&A activities while working remotely from Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A processes, including budget KPIs and performance analysis, while preparing deliverables for the Executive Committee
• Participate in M&A activities by screening opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting financial integration of acquired companies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional heads and local finance teams to address finance-related topics and support corporate strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA or ACCA certification is a strong plus
• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering in multi-regional corporate environments
• Proven track record in M&A, including due diligence, integration processes, and valuation analysis
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools and systems, including Oracle ERP and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Fluency in English and local language; fluency in German is a strong advantage
