Global Fleet Manager

Job Summary

As the Global Fleet Lead, the full-time remote position will manage vendor relationships, oversee fleet operations for over 9,000 vehicles globally, and drive cost-efficiency initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the fleet management program using KPIs for performance monitoring and continuous improvement
• Oversee all fleet operations, including vehicle administration, logistics coordination, and servicing to support business needs
• Manage vehicle lifecycle activities, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure fleet reliability and safety

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fleet Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; OEM experience preferred
• 5-7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in Fleet Management or vehicle operations
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, leasing practices, and residual value management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish preferred
