Job Summary

Leading a global team of data and analytics professionals, the full-time VP, Global Grid Modeling will define and execute the company's data strategy across various energy markets, ensuring high-quality datasets for critical decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global data and insights strategy, aligning with company priorities and growth objectives
• Oversee the development and delivery of simulation-ready datasets within PLEXOS, ensuring consistency and quality
• Establish global data governance frameworks and engage with key customers to translate their needs into strategic data roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data, modeling, or analytics within the energy or technology sectors, with significant leadership experience
• Deep expertise in global energy markets, including electricity, gas, and renewables
• Experience with energy market modeling, preferably with PLEXOS or similar platforms
• Strong strategic capability in defining and executing global data strategies
• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Energy Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline
