Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Global Growth Marketing Manager, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated global campaigns to drive measurable pipeline growth through various digital channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of global growth campaigns aligned with business priorities and revenue goals
  • Own campaign performance across the full funnel, focusing on generating high-quality demand and improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
  • Design and manage lead nurturing and email programs to guide prospects through the buyer journey using segmentation and automation
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably within data-driven sectors
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot for campaign building, workflows, and reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, including lead management and funnel tracking
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as MQL, SQL, and campaign ROI
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and collaborate across teams
