Global GTM Enablement Lead

Job Summary

To support the scaling of global enterprise GTM initiatives, the full-time remote Global GTM Enablement Lead will define and implement enablement strategies, oversee onboarding and training processes, and establish measurement frameworks to enhance seller performance across various regions and segments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy for global enablement, focusing on onboarding, technical training, and outbound enablement
• Design and implement systems and standards for enablement as the organization expands into new regions
• Collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with product marketing, to enhance internal training and certification processes for sellers

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of enablement leadership experience with a technical product in a mature enterprise sales environment
• Real sales experience and hands-on experience with AI agents and/or API tools
• Proven track record in building enablement strategies and performance measurement frameworks
• Experience in scaling programs across distributed, global teams and time zones
• A builder's mindset, capable of defining and establishing new strategies and systems
