Global GTM Operations Executive
Job Summary
Leading a significant commercial transformation initiative, the full-time remote Global GTM Operations Executive will build a modern, AI-enabled GTM Operations organization, unify global commercial operations, and drive operational excellence across diverse regions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive diagnostic of current GTM Operations and identify opportunities for harmonization and operational excellence
- Standardize and manage the transition to a cohesive global hub and spoke operating model while overseeing the creation of Centers of Excellence
- Define and govern global GTM standards and commercial policies across the lead-to-cash lifecycle, partnering with regional leadership
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale GTM or Sales Operations transformations in a global environment
- Expertise in designing and implementing global operating models and governance frameworks
- Exceptional change management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in lead-to-cash commercial processes and relevant technologies, including Salesforce and CPQ
- Experience leading geographically and culturally diverse teams, demonstrating cultural fluency and respect for regional differences
