Global Head of Biostatistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Biostatistics to provide enterprise-level direction for a worldwide biostatistics organization in a permanent, remote executive leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the global biostatistics vision, ensuring alignment with corporate growth and data science strategies
• Own full P&L accountability for the biostatistics function, including revenue generation and investment decisions
• Lead and scale a global biostatistics organization with consistent delivery standards and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline
• 15+ years of progressive experience in biostatistics within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment
• Demonstrated success leading large, globally distributed teams in a matrixed organization
• Proven experience with P&L ownership and commercial growth
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
